Initial Phone Consultation

A phone call initially is an opportunity to examine your needs and to short list some possibilities as solutions. There is no charge in advance for this. I then send you an agreement.

Agreement for services and fees and a meeting is set up

The Agreement is clear and lays out the matter to be covered, the professional fees and the government charges to be incurred. Attached to the agreement is the code of conduct and the consumer brochure.

Invoices for Work Done and Disbursements on your Behalf

As the application preparation progresses I raise an invoice for your attention for each block of work done, as laid out in our agreement. Close to the lodgement, I ask for the government cost amount to be held in my client account for disbursement on your behalf.

Details for Payment of Invoices

Bank transfers: In Australia BSB 062-271 Account 10122574 “Hallmark Immigration” at Commonwealth Bank West Ryde

Launch of your application, Post Lodgement Queries & Requests for Information

With your authority all the interface with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection is by me on your behalf. I prepare the required Forms and Electronic System entries, and marshal the all important evidence to meet the requirements of the migration regulations and policy settings. I pay the government charges on your behalf and provide you the receipts. As well as handling queries, I negotiate your position and make submissions to the department. I provide full advice on bridging visas and the conditions you are under during processing.

Progress and Timing updates

As processing is underway any indication of likely decision timing is conveyed to you so that you can plan. This is important with career preparation and any bridging situations there may be. Its most important you are kept advised in the difficult waiting time.
